  This location is indeed Hebrew Rest Cemetery and has been verified visually. The "Yellow Fever" Cemetery is by Carron, Vine and Hill, a couple of blocks down. That cemetery was also alternately called the Old Church Landing Cemetery.
  
  As with many old cemeteries, Hebrew Rest is in a state of slow decay though the grounds are still clearly mowed. Some of the slabs are cracked, some of the mausoleum brickwork eroded with vaults partly exposed. There are around 60 graves, the oldest dating to 1867, the newest, 1996. At one time Washington had a small but clearly vibrant Jewish community.

  This is the Yellow fever cemetery not Hebrew rest. Hebrew rest is a little further down the same road
